William Arthur Winter
William Arthur Winter, born in Winnipeg in 1909, trained under LeMoine FitzGerald at the Winnipeg School of Art before establishing an advertising firm in Toronto in 1937. Renowned for his paintings of children, he exhibited extensively, notably at Roberts Gallery in Toronto, beginning in 1959.
